How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Inspect your goods upon delivery.Please check your order for any obvious defects, damage, missing parts, or discrepancies between the goods received and the product description or invoice.
  2. Notify us if an issue is identified.If you notice any of the above, please contact us by completing the warranty claim form. Our team will then advise you on the next steps for returning the product for assessment. When submitting your claim, please include:

  4. Supporting photos or videos clearly showing the issue (claims may not be processed without these)
  5. Certificate of Compliance confirming installation by the licensed electrician who installed the product (where applicable)
  6. Assessment of the product.Once the item has been received, please allow 3–7 business days for our team to inspect and assess the product.
  7. Resolution.Following the assessment, we will contact you to confirm the outcome of the claim and advise the most appropriate resolution.

Important: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for costs associated with making a warranty claim, including but not limited to freight, postage, handling, travel, dismantling, or reinstallation of the product where applicable.
